Prayer Update

We've been kind of quiet since we arrived back in Africa. Moving into a new house keeps us busy! We've been enjoying catching up with churches and friends, and have enjoyed some end of year functions, as December is not just Christmas holidays here in South Africa, but also the end of the school year. We are busily wrapping up the last week of homeschool, with Brandon finishing Grade 10, Marissa, Grade 6 and Mya, Grade 1.

This afternoon we are hosting an evangelism class in our home for the young adults and youth from Ekukhanyeni Baptist Church with Pastor Henry & Janet Houk. We are looking forward to the opportunity to equip these youth that are excited about reaching their community for Christ!
On Saturday, Brad is speaking to the Senior Saints at Grace Baptist Church, Northdene. He is planning lots of fun games! Please keep him in your prayers.
Thank you for your faithful support and prayers! It's why we are able to do what we do in South Africa.

Had an AMAZING weekend with Tony & Gail Holloman and Liberty Baptist Church in Bear, Delaware! We made it back to Pennsylvania this afternoon, and are heading out for Michigan tomorrow morning. Please pray for us as we travel! Tomorrow's trip will be around 10 hours.

One month from today we arrive back in South Africa! In the meantime...

On Saturday we travel to Delaware to share our ministry at Liberty Baptist Church. We'll come back to our home base in PA on Monday, Oct. 13, and leave on Tuesday, Oct. 14, to spend one last week with Mary's family in MI, and share our ministry at Journey Ministries. We'll return to Montoursville, PA on Oct. 21. Please pray for travel safety during these last road trips of our furlough!

Thank you for your prayers as we traveled last weekend! We made it safely to Bangor, Maine and back. We really enjoyed our time with the many we had time to visit with!

Support Update:
Our support level remains at 84% this week. Please continue to pray that we are able to get connected with individuals and churches that would invest in our ministry. We are still lacking $1140 per month. If you would like to be a part of our support team, follow this link: http://bradhawkins.wol.org. There is no gift too small!

Project Update:
Please pray with us, also, as we seek to raise funds to purchase office equipment. Because of our move, we are needing to build up a new office of our own. We need about $2000 more to purchase what we need. If you would like to help purchase our office equipment, follow this link: http://bradhawkins.wol.org and be sure to use the donor account number 06113C in the comments.

We purchased our return tickets to South Africa! We are scheduled to leave November 2.
We are excited to share with you that our support level is up to 84%! While this is a definite answer to prayer, we need to see a significant increase in our support level before we go. This leaves us with a need of $1140 per month. Please pray with us as we seek out churches and individuals to partner with us in our ministry!

Support Update:

We are excited to share with you that we have seen an increase in our monthly support! We are thrilled to have new members on our support team! We still need to raise $1239 per month. Do you realize that if everyone on our email list gave $4 a month, we would have more than our full support? Would you be willing to be part of our support team? Find out how to give by following this link.
If you know of a church or individual that you think might be interested in hearing more about our ministry, please let us know!

Special Project:

Please pray with us as we are trying to raise $700 to buy an aluminum track for Micro F1. We have seen $305 come in for this project. We are almost half way there! This track is used as an evangelistic tool to minister to children. It is for racing Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. This would replace our wooden track that was built years ago and has begun to warp and wear as exposed to the humidity in Durban.
If you would like to give to this special project, you can follow this link, use the donor account number 06113C and indicate Micro F1 track in the comments.
Thank you!
